August 10, 2013: On August 10, 2013, Klara Hobza staged The Final Race on the Land for 5 Final Acts, organized by the Galerie für Landschaftskunst in Dinslaken in the northern Ruhr Valley. Racehorses, ponies, and trotters from local stables and places as far away as Denmark and Belgium participated. A memorial stone now marks the site where the incident occurred. Placed alongside the horse race track only twenty feet from the finish line, it reads: HIER STRAUCHELTE ROMINA GLICHE UND BEENDETE MEIN LETZTES RENNEN. (It was here that Romina Gliche stumbled and ended my Final Race.)
