  <p>Die Ausstellung Redundanz wurde &uuml;ber einen Zeitraum von drei  Monaten am Ort selbst entwickelt. Redundanz zeigt eine junge M&uuml;nchener K&uuml;nstlergeneration,  die ins Spannungsfeld zu internationalen Positionen gesetzt wird. </p>

  <p>Die Wandelhalle ist ein Relikt aus dem 20. Jahrhundert. Ihre  Kurfunktion ist mittlerweile obsolet geworden. Redundanz (lat. redundare &ndash;  &uuml;berlaufen, sich reichlich ergie&szlig;en) bezeichnet das zus&auml;tzliche Vorhandensein  mehrerer gleichwertiger Ressourcen, wiederholtes Vorkommen gleicher  Information, die f&uuml;r das Verst&auml;ndnis des Gesamtkontexts nicht notwendig sind.  Eine Informationseinheit ist dann redundant, wenn sie ohne Informationsverlust  weggelassen werden kann. </p>

Das Projekt REDUNDANZ wird betreut von Stephan Dillemuth,

Florian Hüttner, Stephan Janitzky und Deborah Schamoni.

Die Ausstellung Redundanz wurde über einen Zeitraum von drei Monaten am Ort selbst entwickelt. Redundanz zeigt eine junge Münchener Künstlergeneration, die ins Spannungsfeld zu internationalen Positionen gesetzt wird.

Die Wandelhalle ist ein Relikt aus dem 20. Jahrhundert. Ihre Kurfunktion ist mittlerweile obsolet geworden. Redundanz (lat. redundare – überlaufen, sich reichlich ergießen) bezeichnet das zusätzliche Vorhandensein mehrerer gleichwertiger Ressourcen, wiederholtes Vorkommen gleicher Information, die für das Verständnis des Gesamtkontexts nicht notwendig sind. Eine Informationseinheit ist dann redundant, wenn sie ohne Informationsverlust weggelassen werden kann.
